Thorp lands 3 girls on All-Cloverbelt West Division team

By David Keech March 6, 2019 Thorp— The Cloverbelt Conference has announced its All-Conference Girls Basketball Team, and in the West Division, three Thorp girls made the team. Cassidy Stroinski, Kaytlyn Stunkel, and Madison Wicks all received Honorable Mention. Teryn Karlstad of Regis was named the Division’s Player of the Year.

Abbotsford’s Aguilera voted CWS Running Back of the Year

By David Keech February 24, 2019 Abbotsford— In a tightly contested race, central Wisconsin football fans selected Abbotsford’s Joe Aguilera as the 2018 CWS Running Back of the Year. Aguilera’s 373 votes edged out second place finisher Nash Coombs of Wisconsin Rapids Lincoln. Marshfield’s Brant Bohman finished in third place.
