Logan Zschernitz, Spencer/Columbus– Zschernitz continued his 2018-19 season domination by pinning his way to the 285 pound title at the St. Croix Falls Classic, picking up three first period wins. The combined time of his matches was 3 minutes 36 seconds.
Nathan Krommenakker, Rapids– Krommenakker scored 24 points to lead the Red Raiders to a big road victory over Wausau West on Friday night.
Malorie Schmoll, D.C. Everest— Schmoll scored 20 of her 22 points in the second half as DC Everest picked up a 52-49 come from behind win over Medford.
Sam Hardinger, Pittsville– Hardinger had 26 points as Pittsville rolled Tri-County, 74-31. Hardinger was 9 of 13 from the field, including 3 for 3 from long range.
Kadie Deaton, Wausau West– Deaton had 21 points and 10 rebounds as the Warriors improved to 6-1 in the WVC and 12-3 overall with a 62-47 win over Wisconsin Rapids Lincoln.
Jonah Peplinski, Pacelli– Peplinski was 4-7 from long distance and totaled 26 points in a win against Rosholt on Thursday.
Leah Earnest, SPASH– Earnest was an absolute monster on Friday night in a win against Marshfield, scoring 35 points and grabbing 12 rebounds.
Tanaya Schillinger/Macie Schillinger, Stratford– Macie Schillinger led the Tigers with 17 points and Tanaya Schillinger added 15 points in the Tigers’ win over Abbotsford.
Jadelyn Ganski, Newman– Ganski hit 10 three pointers in a single game vs. Phillips and scored 34 points to lead the Cardinals to another win.
