D.C. Everest downs Chippewa Falls in overtime

Weston– In a tough non-conference battle, the D.C. Everest Evergreens defeated Chippewa Falls by the final score of 85-83 in overtime.

Everest led the contest 41-38 at halftime, but Falls came back to tie things up in regulation and send it into overtime.

The Evergreens were led once again by Zion Turner, who had 29 points. Turner was 11-13 from the free throw line and 6-6 on his field goal attempts from inside the arc.  He hit 2-7 three point shots.

Alec Stuedemann netted 20 points for Everest, while Cade Sivertson poured in 17 and Keaton Edwards had 14.

Falls was led by Tyler Robarge’s 29 points.
