Belfiori voted CWS Volleyball Player of the Year in record-setting fashion

Merrill— Voters casting ballots for the CWS Volleyball Player of the Year came out in record-setting fashion, and when the dust settled, 9,844 votes were cast, the most for any individual award in the history of CWS.

Kelsie Belfiori of Merrill came away with the title, receiving 4,306 votes, 42% of the votes cast.

Paige Brandenburg of Wausau West garnered 2,987 votes(29%).

Third place went to Brooke Neider of Columbus Catholic, who had 1,446 votes(14%)
