Weyauwega—Looking to maintain it’s spot on top of the Central Wisconsin Conference Large division the Amherst football team traveled the short distance down highway ten to meet Weyauwega-Fremont on Friday night and the Falcons accomplished their goal by roughing up the Indians 48-8.
Cyle Zblewski scored three touchdown on runs covering 5, 29 and 48 yards. He picked up 103-total yards on six carries.
Quarterback, Lincoln Cullen, gained 90-yards on three carries with two touchdowns and also threw a TD pass to Carmelo Aleman.
Josh Rieck scored the other Amherst TD while gaining 89-yards on 13-carries.
Amherst remains tied atop the conference with Iola-Scandinavia at 3-0 and is 4-1 overall. The Falcons will host Bonduel on Friday night at 7pm.
