    Amherst falcons big or small,
know you can run, kick and pass the ball.
So take that ball down the field,
And bring home the gold thrice and for all!

Hey Chad, you worked you ass off all 4 years, I am so proud of you, I know there were struggles and you pushed yourself to get up and work out in the morning, after school, when ever you could….. I saw a totally different kid when football started every season. I love you more then you will ever know. Dad would be so proud…… Cherish this last game, walk out there with your head held high, don’t be cocky, live in the moment, win or lose you had an amazing 4 yrs of high school…. REMEMBER THAT! I love you and dad will be there too, I know it!

    love you

    Gentlemen,

We started this journey for most of you in 3rd grade. It has been such a long road and we have seen kids come and go, but the core has stayed together. Seniors, you were the last group I had the opportunity to coach, and I am so proud of who you have become as players and as young men. Lead from the front, enjoy every minute, and go out in style.

    Smoke em’ today,

Good Luck boys! What a job you have done, not only for yourselves, the school, and the community…. But for the future Falcons as well. You have shown that hard work pays off. Go leave everything on the field and bring home another Gold ball.

You have brought a community together “Falcon Nation” week after week with joy and excitement under the Friday Night Lights. Your hard work has paid off and it’s your turn down in Madison. Enjoy the day and take it all in… as one of your biggest fans, I sure will

Seniors – To a group of fine young men… Thank you for this incredible journey. The success you have had on this Football Field will take you far in life. We look forward to seeing where your journey takes you next.

When I feel that chill, smell that fresh cut grass
I’m back in my helmet, cleats, and shoulder pads
Standing in the huddle, listening to the call
Fans going crazy for the boys of fall
They didn’t let just anybody in that club
Took every ounce of heart and sweat and blood
To get to wear those game-day jerseys down the hall
The kings of the school, man, we’re the boys of fall
Well it’s turn to face the stars and stripes
    It’s fighting back them butterflies
It’s call it in the air, alright
Yes sir, we want the ball
And it’s knocking heads and talking trash
It’s slinging mud and dirt and grass
It’s I got your number, I got your back
When your back’s against the wall
You mess with one man, you got us all
    The boys of fall
In little towns like mine, that’s all they’ve got
Newspaper clippings fill the coffee shops
The old men will always think they know it all
Young girls will dream about the boys of fall
Well it’s turn and face the stars and stripes
    It’s fighting back them butterflies
It’s call it in the air, alright
Yes sir, we want the ball
And it’s knocking heads and talking trash
It’s slinging mud and dirt and grass
