SPASH tennis pounces on Rapids

Stevens Point– The SPASH Panthers improved to 2-0 in the Wisconsin Valley Conference by defeating rival Wisconsin Rapids on Tuesday in Stevens Point.

Rapids’ lone win came at #4 singles where Maliyah Fiammini defeated Allison Kleman.

Meanwhile, Sabrina Tang picked up yet another win for SPASH at #1 singles, where she defeated Alex Zueger 6-0, 6-0.

Leah Olsen and Allison Rust secured victories in their respective singles matches.

SPASH swept the Red Raiders in doubles action.

SPASH will continue conference play on Thursday when they take on Merrill.
