Owen— Owen-Withee Blackhawks’ multi-sport athlete Bo Baehr is the latest to go under the microscope, as we profile area student-athletes with our world-famous interview, ‘Pancakes or Waffles?’ Check it out to see what makes Baehr ‘tick.’

CWS: What classes are you taking this year?

Baehr:  Intro to Algebra 2, US History, Communications, Metals, and Psychology.

CWS: What is your favorite class?

Baehr:  Metals.

CWS: What are your hobbies?

Baehr:  Hanging out with friends.

CWS: Who is/was your favorite teacher?

Baehr:  Mrs. K.

CWS: What is the most unusual food you have eaten?

Baehr:  Wild pig.

CWS: What is your favorite music to listen to?

Baehr:  Country.

CWS: What are your plans after high school?

Baehr:  Technical College, to be a electrical lineman.

CWS: If they made a movie about you, and your life,  what would it be called?

Baehr:  ‘The Amazing Life of Bo Baehr.’

CWS: What other sports do you play?

Baehr: Basketball and Baseball.

CWS: Which teammate would you not want to be stranded with on a deserted island?

Baehr:  Darryn (Bottlemy(, because he might steal all my food.

CWS: What is your most memorable moment as an athlete?

Baehr:  Beating McDonell my freshman year.

CWS: Who is your favorite athlete?

Baehr:  Derek Jeter.

CWS: What do you enjoy most about playing home games?

Baehr:  Not having to ride on the bus.

CWS: What’s the best thing about being a student-athlete at Owen-Withee?

Baehr:  Being able to experience all the great coaches and teachers here.

CWS: What words of wisdom can you give to other student-athletes?

Baehr:  Make the most out each year, they go fast.

CWS: Lastly, pancakes or waffles?

Baehr:  Pancakes, they are fluffy.
