Wisconsin Rapids–The 2012 Red Raider football team just could not catch a break. During any season you get as many breaks as you give. Every once in a while they do not even out. As in this season, sometimes you eat the turf, and sometimes the turf eats you.
“They were a great group of seniors. They deserved a better season. We learned a lot of life long lessons. We were not happy with our won loss record, but we fought together as a team to the end. They are all outstanding young men,” said head coach Tony Biolo.
“The hardest thing about this season is the reality we were one play away in each loss. The guys gave it their all,” said Rapids’ defensive coordinator Steve Hepp.
We at CWS would like to thank our 2012 seniors for a great football season.
