Stevens Point– The Pacelli volleyball team went 5-1 at a Saturday tournament held in Auburndale.

In their first match against Auburndale’s JV,  Pacelli pulled out a  2-0.  The Cardinals then scored wins over Stratford (2-0),  Assumption (2-1),  and Mosinee (2-0).

The Cardinals lost their match against Spencer 1-2.

Kasia Wojciehoski had 41 kills and Jordyn Shields had 37 kills for Pacelli.   Colleen Leary had 86 assists while Olivia Migas had 23 digs.

“We played really well at times considering all the line up changes we had,” said Pacelli coach Ray Gutowski.  “The team finished on a high note by winning the final match against a very good Mosinee team.”
