Wisconsin Rapids– There were a lot of great games in week one of VFA South play. Marshfield came up with a solid victory over DC Everest. SPASH won its opener with Pete McAdams back at the helm, while Wausau East slipped by Wisconsin Rapids. Let’s take a look at where the VFA stands this week.

2. Marshfield 0-0(1-0). Marshfield gutted one out over D.C.Everest.
3. Menasha 0-0(1-0). Told you to watch our for Menasha.
4. Stevens Point 0-0(1-0). As Coach McAdams is, so is SPASH.
5. Oshkosh North 0-0(0-1). Lost to non conference rival Appleton North.
6. Oshkosh West 0-0(0-1). Lost to non conference rival Appleton East.
7. Neenah 0-0(0-1). Lost big to Kimberly.
8. Wisconsin Rapids 0-0(0-1). Started playing too late to escape with win.
